Sadly no, because we want to give everyone a fair chance of buying our products. We do
offer pick up at events, please contact us about this before placing your order.
Can I cancel my order?
As long as your order isn’t processed by us you can cancel it, contact us about it on
email@example.com. Make sure to include your contact information and order
number. Cancelling orders takes a lot of time, it’s always possible to change your mind-
however, we will be refusing orders from customers who have cancelled several orders in a
short amount of time.
I am looking for a product that isn’t on your website, can you get it for me?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, we get our products from several locations
so there is definitely a chance we can help you find what you’re looking for!I am not happy with my order, what do I do?
As long as your product(s) are unused and undamaged you can return your order, due to
hygiene we are not able to accept a return on earrings. Is your order damaged? Please
contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution for you!
Please keep in mind that crystals are natural products, meaning that it’s normal they have
some scratches or imperfections. These imperfections cannot be avoided by careful
packaging; however, it is a different story when your order comes in broken/crushed!

Do you send orders worldwide?
Yes! Please keep in mind that the shipping costs can be higher because we ship from the
Netherlands, also there might be extra (tax) fees/expenses that we cannot cover. Would you

Where can I buy your animals?
We do not ship our animals, we only sell them on reptile expos.
