Your order will be shipped within the next three business days.
Please be aware that orders shipped to other countries than the Netherlands may
take a few days longer to arrive. Of course, all orders will be provided with a
track/trace code to see exactly when your order will arrive at your doorstep.
The standard shipping fees in the Netherlands are €4,10 for a mailbox package
and €6,75 for a standard package up to 30 kilograms. Since we are located in the
Netherlands all orders to other countries are a little bit more expensive. In the case
you can’t select your country, please message us at email@example.com
Keep in mind that there might be additional costs, as we ship from the Netherlands.
We offer free shipping within the Netherlands on orders over €85,-. Make sure to use the option “free shipping” while checking out! We cannot refund your shipping costs if you have forgotten to select that option.
We ship out every day we can with PostNL. Orders that are placed in the weekends
and/or holidays will be shipped as soon as we get back. Normally PostNL takes one
day to deliver in the Netherlands and a little longer in all other countries. With the
track/trace number that is provided with every shipment you can see when your
order will arrive. In rare occasions the shipping will take a little bit longer than
expected due to external circumstances. Normally the website shows you what these
circumstances are and give you an estimate of the new delivery date.
If you are not satisfied with your order, you’ll be able to return it. Please send your
information + order number to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, but
within 14 days after receiving your order. We are not able to accept returns on
earrings due to hygienic reasons. Also, we do not accept returns on the mystery

As we visit quite some events throughout the year, we offer pickup at events. We have a calendar with upcoming events on our website. Keep in mind that events might be cancelled due to several reasons, you can always choose to get your order shipped if this is the case. We don’t mind holding on to your order for an event, but kindly ask to choose for shipping if the event is further than 2 months away, as we have limited space to keep our products.
We offer the option to choose for an open box, this allows you to make several orders but only pay shipping once. When checking out use the ‘open box’ option, your open box will be available for 4 weeks. We kindly ask you to finish your order within that time period or we will be sending a reminder. We cannot hold on to orders for a longer time because we have limited space to store our products. Orders will be send out after receiving a confirmation that you want it shipped, and the shipping costs are paid. We offer free shipping within the Netherlands if your total is over €85,-.

When buying an item from an Insta/WhatsApp story/live sale we will be sending you a link with a personalized product, if you ordered multiple items this product is the total price of the products combined. Once the links are send out, you have 24 hours to pay for your product before it will be deleted from our site.
